Our easy to use online mapping system provides registered users with instant quotations – including a full breakdown of the utilities involved, their costs, and expected turnaround times. Register or Login

Step 1 – Enter Site Details. Please provide your reference and then the site details, either a description or address.

Step 2 – Locate. Use either easting/northings, Post Code or Town or free scroll the map to locate the site.

Step 3 – Define. Use the polygon tool to draw the site boundary.

Step 4 – Confirm. You can select the turnaround option of the search, you can also choose to deselect any utilities you may not require to be in the utility search. As you make your choice the fee will be updated before you confirm the search, you then have the option of continuing to purchase or to save to your basket to confirm at a later date.

Once you have created a Standard Account you will be able to save quotes and purchase searches using a credit card.

Premier Account Upgrade

We realise that our clients may have a high use of the service and wish to pay on different terms. These clients can become Premier Account holders.  On these Premier Accounts the client will not need to pay by a credit card. Following the delivery of the first batch of information we will issue an invoice with 30 days terms to the invoice address. There will be one invoice per order. You can of course place several orders on each invoice.

Clients wishing to be invoiced in this way must provide a Purchase Order in line with their company standard purchase procedures.  Groundwise reserve the right to remove the Premier Account status from the account.  Should you believe your company will have a high demand for the service and you wish to become a Premier Account holder then you should contact us.
